With Urban Callisthenics, we are taking our service to the next level. Calisthenics are exercises consisting of a variety of gross motor movements—running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc. — often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, so essentially, bodyweight exercises. They increase the body’s strength, and flexibility, ending with stretches. In short, Callisthenics is the art of training using one’s body weight as resistance.
