Our group fitness classes are just the right platform to work on one’s fitness journey with an endless supply of motivation. Again catering to all age groups, fitness levels and athletes from all sport backgrounds, our group sessions focus on neglected but essential aspects of fitness – core, abs and callisthenics.
All these sessions are aimed at keeping you injury free, pain free. The batch setting is highly motivating and there is a good chance you will not miss a class because your group is waiting for you at the Urban Callisthenics Studio.
And even though the exercises are in a group, it is not a one size fits all routine. Here as well, our trainers cater to individual strengths and weaknesses. The idea is to get everyone to a level of fitness they had never reached before while pushing each other to give their best.
