The Urban Callisthenics Studio partners with several athletic groups across the city. From running, cycling, triathletes, to regular gymming, we work closely with several people to design appropriate training schedules. Our focus is to create tailor made plans to suit the requirements of our clients and help them monitor and execute them effectively. With all these specialties we will have a multidisciplinary approach to any injury giving us a 360 degree view of the injury aspects, thus helping athletes to have a short span of down time to help them to achieve difficult goals without any injury.
