The program is very personalized to you and you will be taken through the training by our personal trainer. They will focus on your technique, posture and effort. As you progress, the difficulty level of the training will be increased slowly. Every day we workout together is progress!
Once you feel confident and once we assess you to be ready, you are all set to join any of our other programs – running, cycling or group fitness sessions to move on to higher goals.
