At Urban Callistentics, we provide customised training plans for running. Whether it’s starting out with just 5 KM, moving on to half marathons, marathons or preparing for competitive racing, we cater to every need. Our plans are designed to make sure first, that the body is sufficiently equipped to handle the challenges. Daily workout plan, group exercises, and nutrition advice make up the well rounded training. There are periodic checks ins to track progress and make sure all efforts are towards the goal. Our trainers are with our runners on most runs, so we are equal stakeholders in your running success. It is not a remote training model.
