Anatomy of human body always fascinated  Dr Shridhar. He had a firm belief that invasive treatments being deployed by most in the industry were being used in cases where it was hardly required. Therefore, Doctor developed his own style of treatment through educating the patients so that they can heal themselves. Being empathetic to the patients; pain, understanding the structural, mechanical and chemical workings of the body and wanting do find a lasting solution to patients; problems are the tenets Dr. Shridhar has built his professional practice on.

Dr. Amruta Joshi has taken extensive training in SIT Institute in Invercargill, New-Zealand in sports physiotherapy and rehabitation. She has keen interest in treating sports injuries as well as postural injuries. She helps patients to understand posture related problems and believes in solving them with simple postural corrections techniques. She is associated with our organisation for more than 4 years.

He is a practising Cardiologist for last 27 years. He is heading Cardiology department in various hospitals. His compassionate approach in treating patients is truly amazing. He also has Cardiac Care and counselling Centre for faster recovery. He believes in reversal of heart disease simply by changing the lifestyle.

An architect by profession and an avid cyclist by Passion. I have a tattoo on my left forearm that says Life is a beautiful ride and I truly believe it! My cycling journey started in 2013 and there has been no stopping since!! Most of my weekends are well utilized on my non-motorized 2 wheeler! I have covered quite a few kms on my bicycle. My journeys on my cycle have taken me to various parts of India, right from Manali Leh to the coastline on Konkan –Goa. I have cycled more than 1000+ kms in Gujrat, along the Coast of Kutch and most of Bhuj. Under the banner of Speaking Wheels , as its founder member, I have covered almost the entire of Pune and its beautiful surrounds to Bhor, Lonavla , Sinhagad. I have been a crew member for a cyclist team for the popular Deccan Cliffhanger Ultra cycle ride. I have been leading all our rides to various places, where in I am a very active member in all the route planning, recces and organizing.

With his 15 years of experience, he is well known in healthcare industry for functional training, plyometric and high intensity workouts. His interest in Stretching exercises and Yoga helps him to achieve great results in athletes for fast and pain free recovery from their strenuous goles. He has successfully trained over 1000 athletes for marathon, Triathlon, Body Building, Cycling, Swimming; Ironman competition. He himself completed more than 50 marathon, numerous Cycling rides, winner of Ultra Marathon Pune. He is also an Iron Man finisher in 2019.
